You Are Not Alone - We are here to help.

The first step to receiving the best care and service at the University of Miami Medical Group is to discuss any concerns or questions with our physicians, nurses, other health care professionals, and administrative staff. They can help you understand all aspects of your visits and treatment.

The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine also has service ambassadors available to help you. Each ambassador represents a clinic or business unit and is prepared to address concerns and take suggestions on what we could do better.

If an ambassador cannot personally address your concern, he or she will find someone who can.  The goal of every ambassador is to ensure that all our patients receive the best service along with the excellent medical care provided every day by our physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals.

To locate a service ambassador, please select from the medical services listed above. You can also call the University of Miami Medical Group at 305-243-1000.  The representative will assist you directly with your concern or will locate a service ambassador for you.
